Who we are
It’s Not The Same Studios was created by longtime friends and collaborators Jorge Roldan (Rojo the Artist) and Floyd Singleton. Both creatives at heart, we’ve been building, creating, and experimenting together for over seven years—starting as friends in high school and evolving into artistic business partners.
Rojo specializes in paintings, large-scale murals, and creative installations, while Floyd brings his expertise in clothing, design, and luxury finishes, including Venetian plaster. Together, we also work in woodworking and personally built the studio’s white cyclorama wall, shaping the space from the ground up.
The name It’s Not The Same Studios comes from our belief in constant creation—pushing ideas so far forward that nothing ever stays the same. That mindset lives in every corner of the studio: a hand-painted couch, a Pokémon card epoxy floor, a painted fridge, a wall made from recycled spray paint cans, and original artwork and installations throughout the space.
More than a studio, this is a living creative environment. Our goal is for It’s Not The Same Studios to serve as a home for creators—photographers, videographers, artists, and brands—who want to create content in a space that inspires originality, experimentation, and the freedom to keep evolving.
